Here is another photo I made close to home. I live in a small town and need no more than a ten minute’s walk to find myself in the middle of the fields.
In this small-scale agriculture landscape, fields and pastures are separated by rows of shrubs or pollard willows. This gives the photographer lots of opportunities to photograph something different nearly every 100 meters.
I don’t know if this drinking trough still serves, but I thought it was a beautiful element in the landscape, adding to the timeless feeling of the place.
